- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system
- Prepare and serve McDonald's menu items according to quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all service areas
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly
- Operate cash registers and process payments efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to food safety and workplace safety guidelines
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 days availability per week with commitment until July 19, 2026
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing orders
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new procedures
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliability and punctuality in attendance
- Previous experience in food service is an advantage but not required
