In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include greeting and serving customers, processing orders accurately, managing payments, ensuring the dining area is spotless, and assisting with stock replenishment. You will collaborate closely with a dedicated team to deliver a seamless dining experience to travelers from around the globe.

- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Process payments using POS system and handle cash transactions.
- Serve orders promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of dining area and service counters.
- Assist in food preparation and replenishment of ingredients.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in F&B or service industry is advantageous but not required.
- Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
- Food safety certification is a plus.
- Team player with a customer-first mindset.
