  • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Process payments using POS system and handle cash transactions.
  • Serve orders promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of dining area and service counters.
  • Assist in food preparation and replenishment of ingredients.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Kualifikasi

  • Prior experience in F&B or service industry is advantageous but not required.
  • Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
