Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating and menu inquiries.
- Take orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the dining area and service stations.
- Assist in preparing basic beverage or food items as required by operational standards.
- Handle guest payments and manage point-of-sale transactions efficiently.
- Address guest concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a SPM or equivalent educational background.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong team player with a proactive attitude toward tasks.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus, but not required (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- High level of reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
