We offer a competitive salary package of RM 3,000 - RM 3,500 per month, along with other benefits and the chance to work in a vibrant, multicultural setting. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service to all patrons
- Take and process customer orders accurately
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and other service staff
- Uphold company policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
- Team player with good organizational skills
