Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service support to all visitors
- Assist in daily arcade operations including game monitoring and maintenance
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently
- Ensure arcade equipment is in optimal working condition
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility
- Process cash transactions and manage ticket redemption systems
- Actively promote arcade games and special offers to enhance customer engagement
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of arcade operations is advantageous
- Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays
