Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and greet guests warmly.
- Assist the Outlet In-Charge in achieving daily sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to standard recipes and presentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic dining area at all times.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Upsell products to enhance the customer dining experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the F&B service industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
