- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service
- Upsell menu items and promotional offers to enhance the guest experience
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
