- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages with a warm and friendly attitude
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the dining area, tables, and service stations
- Accurately process customer orders and payments using our POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food items
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns or complaints in a professional manner
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service skills
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic mathematical skills for handling cash transactions and orders
