Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival.
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately.
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely and presentable manner.
- Ensure the dining area is clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times.
- Handle cashier duties and manage payments efficiently.
- Assist with food preparation and cleaning duties as required.
- Maintain a high standard of personal grooming and hygiene.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education qualification.
- Previous experience in a similar service role is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and billing.
