Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their visit.
- Prepare and serve food or beverage products according to brand standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, dining space, and storage.
- Process customer orders accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints with a professional attitude.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Graduate (Senior High School diploma is preferred).
- Previous experience in a food service, retail, or hospitality role is an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A positive, service-oriented mindset with high attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
