- Deliver exceptional customer service through attentive seating, order-taking, and personalized recommendations
- Prepare and serve food/beverages with precision while adhering to Din Tai Fung's quality standards
- Maintain immaculate dining areas, service stations, and equipment hygiene
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen and support teams to ensure seamless operations
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Uphold food safety regulations and workplace safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in F&B or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment

- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
