- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction at all times
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, tables, and service stations
- Process payments efficiently and handle cash transactions with accuracy
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation and delivery
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or equivalent; college students are welcome to apply
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
