Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding entertainment options and pricing.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and inviting environment throughout the facility.
- Operate and troubleshoot entertainment machines and equipment under supervision.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPMV qualification or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to serve customers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy is an advantage.
- Relevant experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is preferred.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
