Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen staff.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to BreadTalk's quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic dining area and service stations at all times.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in food preparation tasks and stock management during quiet periods.
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or equivalent (College graduates are also welcome to apply).
- At least 1 year of experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit to stand for long periods and perform light physical tasks.
