Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their dining experience.
- Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and service areas.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as per shift requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in F&B, hospitality, or customer service is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to converse in Malay and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for guest service.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be energetic, punctual, and possess a proactive work attitude.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced retail or dining environment.
