Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly with a smile.
- Take and process customer orders accurately via POS system.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and kitchen.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in billing.
- Upsell products to enhance the customer experience.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPMV or equivalent education level.
- Previous experience in F&B service or hospitality is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
