Are you passionate about gaming, entertainment, and creating memorable experiences? Asure Amusement (MY) Sdn Bhd is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Service Crew member to join our team in Puchong. In this role, you will be the face of our arcade, ensuring that every guest has a seamless, fun, and safe experience.
You will play a vital role in the daily operations of our amusement center, from assisting guests with game machines to maintaining a clean and vibrant environment. If you are a people-person who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy setting, we want to hear from you!
Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with game tokens, redemption processes, and machine troubleshooting.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization across the arcade floor.
- Ensure all gaming equipment is functional and report any technical issues to the maintenance team.
- Monitor the facility to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reporting.
- Support promotional events and activities hosted within the arcade.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, F&B, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- A proactive, positive attitude and a passion for customer satisfaction.
- Basic troubleshooting skills and an ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Well-groomed and professional in conduct.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform active floor tasks.
