- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system
- Prepare and present Japanese dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area and service stations
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns professionally
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in F&B or customer service preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of Japanese cuisine is an advantage
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
