Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver friendly, efficient customer service throughout the dining experience
- Take accurate food/beverage orders and relay to kitchen team
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, tables, and service stations
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Assist with opening/closing procedures including setup and cleanup
- Report operational issues and customer feedback to management
- Strictly maintain professional appearance with provided uniform
