- Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers warmly and assisting with orders and inquiries
- Prepare and serve bakery items, including breads, pastries, and café beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all service areas
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with stocking and inventory management of bakery products
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Follow food safety and handling protocols at all times
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10kg
- Reliability and punctuality with a strong sense of responsibility
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Must be able to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours
