Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages promptly.
- Maintain high standards of cafe cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocols at all times.
- Assist in daily opening and closing procedures, including cashiering and stock replenishment.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve feedback with a professional and helpful attitude.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure seamless workflow during peak hours.
- Promote seasonal menu items and upsell products to enhance the guest experience.
- Adhere to company policies and brand standards to maintain operational excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in cafe, F&B, or hospitality service is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- A positive, 'can-do' attitude and a genuine passion for guest satisfaction.
- Basic proficiency in English (verbal and written).
- Must be legally eligible to work in Singapore.
