Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through attentive food/beverage delivery and order accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized dining areas and kitchen stations to uphold hygiene standards
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems and handle cash transactions responsibly
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment during operational hours
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Adhere strictly to food safety protocols and company service guidelines
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school education or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Basic numerical skills for cash handling and order processing
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays
