Dress Code: To maintain our high standards, all staff must adhere to a neat and professional attire: Collared WHITE Polo T-shirt or white shirt, Long BLACK pants, fully covered Black shoes with black socks. Hair must be neat and well-groomed.

Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival at the restaurant.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions and process payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, tables, and service stations.
- Ensure strict adherence to the dress code: White Polo/White Shirt, Black Pants, Black Shoes/Socks, and neat hair.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B service is preferred.
- Punctual, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Mandarin proficiency is a plus).
- Physically fit to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain grooming standards.
