As a Service Crew member, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. We are looking for individuals who can maintain high standards of grooming and service excellence.
Please note that all staff are required to adhere to a strict dress code: a Collared WHITE Polo T-shirt or white shirt, Long BLACK pants, fully covered Black shoes with black socks. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival to create a positive first impression.
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages with speed, ensuring proper plating and presentation.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized dining area throughout the shift.
- Handle cashier duties, including payment collection and change handling.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the customer dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Must adhere strictly to the grooming standards: Collared WHITE Polo T-shirt/White shirt, Long BLACK pants, fully covered Black shoes with black socks, neat hair.
- Previous experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light trays.
- Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Eligible to work in Singapore.
