Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Assist in food preparation, plating, and presentation to maintain Sushi Tei's high culinary standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace and dining area at all times.
- Handle cashier duties, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Upsell products and suggest menu items to enhance the customer dining experience.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service operations.
Kualifikasi
- Strict adherence to grooming standards: Collared WHITE Polo T-shirt or white shirt, Long BLACK pants, fully covered Black shoes with black socks only.
- Neat and well-groomed appearance with good personal hygiene.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Punctuality and a strong work ethic.
