- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, professional service.
- Accurately take orders and process payments using the POS system.
- Prepare high-quality beverages according to ChaTraMue standard operating procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and replenishment of supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in F&B, retail, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Possess a friendly, outgoing, and proactive personality.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers of all backgrounds.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
