Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through warm interactions and efficient order processing
- Prepare and serve premium coffee beverages, light meals, and snacks according to brand standards
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and equipment
- Handle cash transactions accurately and manage POS systems
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking operations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during peak hours
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in F&B or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights
