- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to McDonald's quality and service standards.
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent, friendly service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate restaurant equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area and kitchen workspace at all times.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using the POS system.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and food preparation tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Good communication skills with a cheerful and customer-centric attitude.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and lift light items (up to 5kg).
- Willingness to undergo mandatory food hygiene and safety training.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and transactions.
