Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers at the counter and in the seating area.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene by efficiently washing and sanitizing dishware, cutlery, and kitchen utensils.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the cafe floor and workstations.
- Support the service team during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
- Clear and reset tables promptly to ensure a welcoming environment for incoming guests.
- Help with basic food preparation tasks when required.
- Strictly adhere to food safety and workplace health regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Must be able to wear a black T-shirt, long dark pants/jeans, and covered non-slip shoes.
- Previous experience in a cafe or restaurant environment is a plus, but not required.
- Strong team player with a positive, energetic attitude.
- Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to fulfilling all scheduled shifts.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Must be comfortable standing for extended periods and performing manual tasks.
- Good communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
