Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders and serving food and beverages with a smile.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, counter, and service stations.
- Wash, sanitize, and properly store all dishes, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen equipment.
- Assist in basic food and beverage preparation tasks as directed by the kitchen team.
- Ensure the dishwashing area is clean and free of hazards at all times.
- Support the team with opening, closing, and stock replenishment duties.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a similar F&B role is advantageous but not required (comprehensive training will be provided).
- Willing and able to work shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and peak hours.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and handle manual tasks.
- Positive working attitude, reliable, and a true team player.
- Strong sense of responsibility and excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must strictly adhere to the dress code: Black shirt, long dark pants, non-slip covered shoes.
