In this role, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience while maintaining the high standards of cleanliness our brand is famous for. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the flow of our service station, assisting with frontline guest interactions, and ensuring our kitchen and service areas are kept in pristine condition. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage dishwashing duties, including the use of industrial dishwashers and manual scrubbing for delicate items.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
- Clear and sanitize tables promptly to ensure quick turnover during peak hours.
- Support the team with basic food preparation tasks when required.
- Ensure all safety and hygiene protocols (NEA standards) are strictly followed at all times.
- Handle POS transactions and address customer inquiries with professional courtesy.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a café, bakery, or fast-paced food and beverage environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to commit to flexible shift patterns, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must strictly adhere to the company dress code: Black t-shirt, long dark pants/jeans, and non-slip covered shoes.
- Reliability and punctuality are non-negotiable; candidates must be able to complete their full assigned shifts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid food hygiene certification is a significant advantage.
