As a key member of our floor team, you will ensure our customers have a seamless dining experience while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency in our dishwashing area. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers during peak and off-peak hours.
- Manage the dishwashing station efficiently to ensure a constant supply of clean cutlery, plates, and kitchenware.
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, service counters, and wash areas in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Assist in general café operations including restocking, tidying, and clearing tables.
- Support the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Follow all company policies, including attendance and punctuality guidelines.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed, particularly when handling cleaning equipment and chemicals.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in F&B or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a proactive, 'can-do' attitude and strong teamwork spirit.
- Ability to commit to flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must strictly adhere to the uniform policy: Black T-shirt, long dark pants/jeans, and non-slip covered shoes.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
- Reliable, punctual, and disciplined in meeting work schedules.
