Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service to patrons visiting our Orchard outlet.
- Assist in general cleaning duties and maintain the hygiene standards of the service area.
- Operate the dishwashing station effectively to ensure the availability of clean cutlery and crockery.
- Support the team during peak hours to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Handle POS transactions and manage orders accurately.
- Assist in basic food preparation or beverage service as directed by the manager.
Kualifikasi
- Must be able to wear a black T-shirt and long dark pants/jeans as per the uniform code.
- Must possess own covered non-slip safety shoes.
- Prior experience in F&B or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to stand for long periods.
- Punctual, reliable, and committed to attending assigned shifts.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
