Tiong Bahru Bakery, a beloved local brand, is currently hiring a dedicated Service Crew cum Dishwasher for our CenterPoint outlet. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who take pride in serving delicious bakery treats and maintaining a pristine environment. In this dual-role position, you will interact with customers to ensure a pleasant dining experience and keep our kitchen and dining areas spotless. We value dedication, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.
Dress Code Reminder: Candidates must strictly adhere to the uniform policy: Black T-shirt, Long Dark Pants/Jeans, and Non-slip Covered Shoes.
Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with a warm smile, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
- Prepare and serve bakery items, including breads, pastries, and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area and tables throughout the shift.
- Perform dishwashing duties, including washing, sanitizing, and organizing kitchenware and cutlery.
- Support the baking team by assisting with food preparation and packaging.
- Restock ingredients, packaging materials, and condiments to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and workplace safety guidelines at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Physically fit and able to work standing for extended periods.
- Must be willing to wear the mandatory uniform: Black T-shirt, Long Dark Pants/Jeans, and Non-slip Covered Shoes.
- Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus).
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene standards is preferred but not mandatory.
- Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
