As part of our front-of-house and back-of-house support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons, ensuring orders are taken accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining and service areas.
- Operate the dishwashing area to ensure all kitchenware and crockery are sanitized and ready for use.
- Assist with basic food preparation and the replenishment of bakery items.
- Manage POS transactions and handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Ensure the pantry and service counters are well-organized and stocked throughout the shift.
- Maintain clear communication with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operational flow.
Kualifikasi
- Must be able to adhere to the uniform policy: Black T-shirt, long dark pants/jeans, and non-slip covered shoes.
- Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality environment is an advantage.
- Able to commit to part-time shifts in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Possess a positive attitude, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Singapore.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks in the dishwashing area.
- Good command of English to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
