Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
- Perform general service duties, including order taking and managing product displays.
- Operate the dishwasher efficiently to ensure a steady supply of clean crockery and cutlery.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in both the service area and the dishwashing station.
- Clear tables and assist in maintaining the bakery's ambiance during peak hours.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in F&B, hospitality, or dishwashing is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Ability to commit to flexible shifts as required by the bakery schedule.
- Must possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a high-traffic location.
- Must strictly adhere to uniform requirements: Black T-shirt, long dark pants/jeans, and non-slip covered shoes.
- Good command of spoken English for effective team communication.
- Must be punctual and reliable regarding attendance policies.
