- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, and service areas
- Operate dishwashing machinery efficiently while adhering to food safety protocols
- Assist in food preparation and plating under chef supervision
- Provide courteous customer service during peak dining hours
- Support inventory management and stock rotation procedures
- Follow HACCP guidelines for safe food handling practices
- Collaborate with service team during rush periods
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in food service or hospitality
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Strong teamwork orientation and communication skills
- Punctual attendance and reliable work ethic
- Ability to work weekends and public holidays
