Empire Sushi, Malaysia's leading halal-certified sushi chain, is looking for a dedicated and energetic Service Crew member to join our team at our Setia City Mall outlet. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless, friendly, and authentic dining experience.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet customers warmly and manage the dine-in seating process efficiently.
  • Provide detailed menu explanations, including ingredients and allergens, to enhance the customer ordering experience.
  • Handle POS terminal transactions, cash handling, and digital payment processing with high accuracy.
  • Ensure the dining area, condiment stations, and service counters remain clean, organized, and sanitary at all times.
  • Monitor and replenish food displays, utensils, and dining supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and maintain high quality control standards.
  • Resolve customer inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
  • Prior experience in F&B or hospitality is highly preferred but not required; training will be provided.
  • Possess a friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills in Malay and English.
  • Willingness to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm and professional under pressure during peak hours.
  • Strong team player with a proactive attitude toward learning and development.
  • Maintain high personal hygiene and follow all food safety protocols strictly.
