Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and manage the dine-in seating process efficiently.
- Provide detailed menu explanations, including ingredients and allergens, to enhance the customer ordering experience.
- Handle POS terminal transactions, cash handling, and digital payment processing with high accuracy.
- Ensure the dining area, condiment stations, and service counters remain clean, organized, and sanitary at all times.
- Monitor and replenish food displays, utensils, and dining supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and maintain high quality control standards.
- Resolve customer inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Prior experience in F&B or hospitality is highly preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Possess a friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills in Malay and English.
- Willingness to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and professional under pressure during peak hours.
- Strong team player with a proactive attitude toward learning and development.
- Maintain high personal hygiene and follow all food safety protocols strictly.
