Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders, processing payments, and addressing customer inquiries
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards and recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service counter, and kitchen
- Operate dishwashing equipment to ensure all utensils, dishes, and cooking equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches, preparing ingredients, and packaging products
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs to supervisors
Kualifikasi
- No formal qualifications required, but prior experience in food service or hospitality is advantageous
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company policies
