Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Prepare and assemble food and beverage items according to McDonald's exacting quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all hygiene and safety protocols
- Operate the cash register, handle payments, and provide correct change
- Ensure dining areas are clean and well-stocked for our guests
- Collaborate with crew members to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak hours
- Assist with opening procedures, including setting up stations and preparing ingredients for the day
Kualifikasi
- Customer-centric with a friendly and cheerful attitude
- High energy and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Singapore Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid work pass holder
- Must be available for early morning shifts (starting at 7 AM)
- Prior experience in F&B or retail is a plus, but not required as training will be provided
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10kg
