As a Service Crew member, you are the face of Empire Sushi. You will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest quality hand-pressed sushi while enjoying a seamless shopping experience. Whether you are a seasoned F&B professional or a motivated newcomer looking to gain experience, we provide the training and support you need to succeed. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service by greeting customers and assisting with their orders.
- Perform food preparation tasks, including assembling and packing sushi, while maintaining strict quality control.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and handle cash/digital payments efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the kiosk or outlet in accordance with food safety standards.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in replenishing ingredients and packaging materials throughout the shift.
- Ensure all food handling adheres to Halal requirements and company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; candidates with F&B experience are highly encouraged to apply.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
- Willingness to work on a shift rotation, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a valid Typhoid injection certificate (or be willing to undergo medical screening).
- Strong work ethic with a focus on punctuality, discipline, and teamwork.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Neat, well-groomed appearance and a friendly personality.
- Malaysian citizens or those with valid work permits only.
