Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take customer orders accurately using the POS system and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages to tables in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure correct change is given.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as plating or side dish assembly, when necessary.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in the hospitality, food & beverage, or retail sector is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact politely with people from all backgrounds.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and lift light objects.
- Basic computer literacy, specifically for POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- A valid MyKad is required.
