We offer a competitive salary range of ₱12,000 to ₱15,000 per month, along with the chance to work in one of the most exciting new developments in Laguna. Whether you are an experienced server or looking for your first job in F&B, Bravo Italian provides the training and platform you need to succeed.
Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system efficiently.
- Deliver orders to tables promptly while ensuring food presentation meets brand standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and restrooms.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and provide correct change to customers.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of meals.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any complaints with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in Food & Beverage is an advantage.
- At least 6 months of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse guests.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure during peak hours.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Must be a resident of Santa Rosa City, Laguna, or within a reasonable commuting distance.
- Physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods during the shift.
