Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet customers and provide professional service to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Accurately manage point-of-sale (POS) systems, process payments, and handle cash transactions with integrity.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness across the serving and preparation areas.
- Assist with basic food and beverage preparation according to company quality standards and recipes.
- Proactively address customer inquiries, feedback, and requests in a polite and timely manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with the restocking of display items and supplies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak service hours.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a minimum of SPM or equivalent educational qualification.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, service-oriented personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks in a retail environment.
- Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Basic command of Bahasa Malaysia and/or English for effective customer communication.
- Prior experience in F&B or retail is an added advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
