Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily floor operations to ensure seamless service delivery during peak and off-peak hours.
- Provide attentive and personalized customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor junior service crew members to maintain high service standards.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve service-related issues promptly.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reporting.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Coordinate between the front-of-house and kitchen team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Manage table bookings and provide recommendations on menu items to guests.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an F&B service role.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or captain capacity is highly advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a customer-facing environment.
- Ability to work a 5-day work week, including weekends and public holidays.
- A proactive attitude with a strong focus on team collaboration.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and reservation management software.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.
- Professional grooming standards and a positive, energetic demeanor.
