Tanggung Jawab
- Provide warm, professional, and friendly greetings to all incoming guests, ensuring a stellar first impression.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, showcasing deep knowledge of our authentic Bavarian menu and signature microbrewed craft beers.
- Serve dishes and drinks promptly while maintaining a high standard of presentation and cleanliness at the tables.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
- Manage billing transactions and process cash/card payments efficiently using our modern POS system.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain excellent hygiene and sanitation standards in the dining area in compliance with food safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a fast-paced F&B environment or casual dining restaurant is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse guests.
- A positive, high-energy attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
- Flexibility to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Conversational proficiency in English is required for taking orders and guest interaction.
