- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages and specialty drinks according to brand standards.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers, handling orders and payments accurately.
- Manage the display and service of fresh donuts, ensuring items are replenished and presented attractively.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the café, including equipment sanitization and workspace organization.
- Assist in opening or closing operations as required to ensure smooth shift transitions.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low-stock items.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Adhere strictly to all safety and food handling regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or fast-paced retail environment is a plus, but not required.
