Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area and service stations.
- Assist in preparing simple beverage items and managing table setups.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor service issues with a proactive attitude.
- Maintain smooth coordination between the front-of-house and kitchen staff.
- Promote seasonal menu items and upsell products to enhance guest experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent in hospitality-related fields.
- Previous experience in a cafe or restaurant environment is highly preferred, but fresh graduates with a positive attitude are welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Must be willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by the shopping mall schedule.
- Possess a well-groomed appearance and a service-oriented mindset.
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
- Demonstrated punctuality and reliability in previous roles.
