We are dedicated to providing an authentic, high-end dining experience and are looking for passionate individuals to join our front-of-house team as Service Crew/Hall Staff.

Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and seat guests while maintaining high standards of service.
- Provide detailed menu explanations, including drink pairings and daily recommendations.
- Take orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the dining area throughout the shift.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures as per restaurant operations standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a professional and welcoming attitude.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service flow.
Kualifikasi
- Passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience in Japanese dining or high-end F&B is an advantage, but not required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to authentic Japanese service etiquette.
- Possess a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Able to commit to full-time working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of Japanese is a plus.
