Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure dining areas are clean, well-maintained, and properly set
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and specials
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup and cleanup

Kualifikasi
